The staging of the innovative night of men's fashion at this year's Styleweek Jamaica brings into sharp focus, the evolving culture of the once-forgotten realm of 'men's sartorial' agenda.
The July 9 Styleweek kick-off runway event for the weekend of fashion celebrations will take place at the south lawns of the historic Devon House.
Buyers, press and stylists will have the opportunity to see the patterns, shapes, fabric and colours defining the trends for Spring/Summer 2011 menswear.
Saint male supermodels will help to bring the vision of designers such as Les Campbell, Spokes Apparel, Marc Anthony and Drenz to life.
Model Icon winner and NEXT Model Amando Campbell recently arrived for the event. FashionFace of the Caribbean 2007, Creing Wittingham just starred on the catwalks of Milan (for Canali) and Paris (Lala Adriana) at the recently concluded Men's shows in the said European capitals and will be arriving next week just in time for the shows. Muse of Vivien Westwood and GQ Style Cover, supermodel Tafari Hinds, is planning to take time from the recording studios in London to be here.
Timeless supermodel Kibwe McGann is making his choice of which designers to endorse this season. Saint's South African supermodel Kanhai Condison promises a 'men's fashion moment' on the catwalk next Friday as well as Casmar James - Fashionface of the Caribbean 2008 and RE-TV VJ is confident he will make the ladies swoon.
