It was a sight to behold as several luxury brands and Coaster-bus loads of Jamaica's wealthy, elite, corporate giants, and those who just had to be there, descended on New Kingston's Jamaica Pegasus hotel for 'Embracing Our Common Humanity' with former United States President Bill Clinton.

The cellphones were silenced, an uncommon feat in the island since the telecoms providers gave us leave to speak non-stop. What a coup for the sponsors, particularly the one singled out by Mr President himself, for walking the talk in giving back to the less fortunate. Monday, October 25, will long be remembered.
