So, what am I?

1.The wife dumped her husband and now it is her brother
who is always accompanying her on the social scene. So what am I?, the
wife asked recently after once more being told that he was going out
with his sis and she had to stay home by herself. Folks in the
neighbourhood had never heard her voice before. Confirmation that she
had reached her limit.

Signs of the times

2.Nothing
is wrong if a man feels he needs to remain at home. It becomes a little
complicated, though, if he has a wife and children in tow. Signs of the
hard times, for if they are to keep up the hefty school fees and other
obligations it's better to kotch with the parents.

Missing cell

3. Imagine having one's cell phone stolen while at dinner - and guess what, it didn't happen on this rock!

No insurance

4. So what's so strange if the luxury car is not insured? Times are hard, and it's a strain to buy gas, so who really cares about insurance these days!
