2. Here is a suggestion. Instead of having an immigration officer walking the line to ensure that passengers have affixed their signatures to the forms, make an announcement on the PA system which already exists. Surely, the officer's time could be put to better use.

3. The official and his grand gala plate of food have gone viral and many are simply horrified that he was digging in while others were intently watching the ceremony sans food. Clearly, the gentleman could not resist the Jamaican treat.
