Pressure is mounting in the region for a renegotiation of the Economic Partnership Agreement (EPA)
The Barbados Association of Non-Governmental Organisations is seeking to petition the David Thompson-led administration to call for the EPA to be renegotiated.
It said the Caribbean would lose too much under the arrangement, which was initialled in December.
The agreement is due to be signed next week.
Guyana has said it will not be signing the pact before engaging in a process of internal consultation.
