IT IS WRITTEN, ridden by returning champion jockey Omar Walker, scored a narrow three-quarter lengths victory over favourite TWIST OF FATE to win the Mercury Sprint, feature event on today’s eight-race card at Caymanas Park.
The Wayne DaCosta-trained three-year-old chestnut colt won the straight-five event in 59 point 1 seconds following splits of 23 seconds by 46 seconds.
Panamanian jockey Dick Cardenas has so far ridden two winners in TASSY’S WHIP for Gary Subratie and RISK REWARDS for Percy Hussey.
