Stanford aide to plead guilty

A former chief financial officer of the Stanford Financial Group who was implicated in the Allen Stanford fraud case has reached a deal with prosecutors.
A lawyer for James Davis says his client will plead guilty to US charges which allege that he helped swindle investors out of 7 billion dollars.
As a result, he will plead guilty to three counts he faces as part of the federal government\'s criminal case against Allen Stanford.
Also indicted in the case is Leroy King, a former Financial Services Regulator in Antigua, who is awaiting extradition.
