Stuart Broad will miss England\'s third One-Day International (ODI) against visitors Australia at the Rose Bowl tomorrow because of a neck strain.
The 23-year-old all-rounder suffered the injury during England\'s first match of the seven game series last Friday. England lost the match by four runs.
The same injury saw Broad miss Sunday\'s second game at Lord\'s where England also lost to go 2-0 down in the series.
The decision to rest Broad for the third ODI was made with next month\'s heavy schedule in mind, which sees England travel to South Africa to compete in the International Cricket Council (ICC) Champions Trophy.
