Lannaman’s and Vaz Prep schools face off

Defending champions Lannaman’s and Vaz will face off this afternoon in the Bigga-sponsored Prep Schools Alberga Cup final at Mona Bowl.
The match is scheduled to kick off at 2:30 and is the second game of a double-header at the venue.
The opening contest will see last year’s beaten finalist Hydel and Wolmer’s contesting the third-place playoff at 1:00.
On Saturday, Lannaman’s and Vaz secured hard fought wins to book their spots in the final.
An own goal enabled Vaz to knock out Wolmer’s by a 2-1 scoreline, while Lannaman’s turned back Hydel 1-0.
