Batsmen Adrian Barath and Darren Bravo could return to the Trinidad and Tobago team for the sixth round of matches in the West Indies Cricket Board regional first class championship, after recovering from injury.

Physiotherapist/trainer Asha De Freitas said both players had responded well to therapy and treatment from Dr Anil Gopiesingh and Dr Terry Ali and should be fit to participate in competitive cricket within the next 10 to 14 days.

T&T, currently fourth in the standings, have a bye in the next round before playing the Windward Islands from February 19-22 at the Queen’s Park Oval in Trinidad.

Reigning champions Jamaica lead the points’ table on 36 points, three ahead of Barbados on 33.

Combined Campuses and Colleges hold down third place on 33 points, while T&T are fourth on 21 points.
