Demar Phillips to join Reggae Boyz squad

Demar Phillips of Aalesund Football Club in Norway is scheduled to arrive in the country later today to join Jamaica’s squad for the friendly international against Costa Rica at the National Stadium on Sunday and Peru two days later in Fort Lauderdale.
Phillips rejoins the squad after declining an invitation for the Trinidad and Tobago’s friendly game recently because of injury.
He is among 10 overseas-based players invited for the two friendly games.
Five players are expected to arrive tomorrow. They are Dane Richards of New York Red Bulls, Luton Shelton of Norwegian club Valarenga, Omar Daley of English Football Club Bradford City, Houston Dynamo’s Lovel Palmer and Nicholas Addlery of Puerto Rico Islanders.
Jason Morrison of Stromsgodset in Norway is already in the island.
