Haiti health fears

Health experts and aid groups are rushing in medicine and other supplies to combat Haiti’s deadliest health problem since January’s devastating earthquake.
At least 135 people have died in a suspected cholera outbreak in the rural Artibonite region, which hosts thousands of quake refugees.
Most of the victims had symptoms of diarrhoea and vomiting but there’s been no confirmation of the cause of the illness.
The situation appears to confirm relief groups’ fears about sanitation for homeless survivors living in tents and other squalid settlements.
