Forsythe, Ashmeade through the 200 semis

The 200 and 400-metre semi-finals will highlight the evening session of day three of the JAAA'S/Supreme Ventures National Senior Championships at the National Stadium.
The 400 metres will begin at 7:15 p.m. with the first semi-final of the women’s event. That semi-final features Shericka Williams, Kaliese Spencer and Natoya Goule; while the second semi-final will have Rosemarie Whyte, Christine Day and Novlene Williams-Mills.
The 200-metre semi finals are the last events on the track. Veronica Campbell-Brown is down to contest semi-final one of the women’s race at 8:20.
The men’s semi-finals will begin at 8:30. Mario Forsythe and Nickel Ashmeade have advanced with the fastest qualifying times.
The evening session will also feature the finals of the 800 metres.
