Debutant Juan Mata slotted home deep into injury-time as Chelsea moved to the top of the Premier League table with an unconvincing 3-1 win over Norwich today.
The Blues led through Jose Bosingwa's stunning 25-yard shot but Grant Holt levelled after a blunder by Hilario.
Frank Lampard's penalty made it 2-1 after Ramires was felled by keeper John Ruddy, who was then sent off.
Mata sealed the win but Chelsea's day was marred by what looked like a serious head injury to Didier Drogba.
In other games – Wigan beat Queen’s Park Rangers 2-1, Everton edged Blackburn 1-nil, Aston Villa and Wolves battled to a goalless draw, while Sunderland and Swansea also played to a goalless draw.
