Mandela getting better - Jacob Zuma

South African President Jacob Zuma says Nelson Mandela continues to get better in a Pretoria hospital.
He says the revered former South African leader has remained in a serious condition as he recovers from a lung infection.
President Zuma added that Mandela "continues to engage with family".
