A third Jamaican has qualified for the semi-finals of the 110m hurdles at the Olympic Games.
Deuce Carter joined compatriots Omar McLeod and Andrew Riley in the next round after he won a special race setup for athletes from the first round heats who were affected by the poor underfoot conditions.
Carter was initially disqualified after hitting several hurdles on the rain-soaked track before stumbling to the finish line. He later learnt that he had been disqualified for a hurdling violation.
