Birthday surprise for coach Dane Randall

Family and friends gathered at the Smoked Marlin Restaurant in Hanover last Sunday to surprise one of Montego Bay's most beloved coaches - Dane Randall.

What he thought was going to be a quiet dinner with his leading lady, Denise Campbell, on his 50th birthday, turned out to be a jersey-themed party with close friends and family who have impacted his journey throughout the years.

Randall was moved to tears as he was hugged and embraced by his loved ones, some of who flew in from other countries to celebrate with him. The night was laced with speeches from the likes of veteran coach Steve Bucknor to his number one team (fellow coaches) whom he sees as his children.

Food, music and entertainment were coupled with conversation, laughter and dance as friends reminisced on the old days and wished Randall well for years to come.
