Double murder in Manchester

COMFORT, Manchester: 
The Manchester police have confirmed the shooting deaths of two men in Comfort district in the parish last night.

Thirty-three-year-old Kemar Reid alias 'Colour man' and another man called Solanda Thompson, both of Bottom Road in Comfort were killed around 9 o'clock.

According to the police, both men were standing at the premises where Reid resided when gunmen approached them and opened fire, killing them on the spot.

The gunmen are said to have fled in a motor car that was parked nearby.

No motive has yet been established for the killings.
