When Food journeyed to the hang-out spot on Monday, we were introduced to the palatable pleasures of Ribbiz' kitchen and treated by mixologist, Ricardo Barrett to the fantastic tastes of Campari-inspired drinks.

Barrett who went straight to work mixing three simple yet unforgettable cocktails. Planter's Punch, Ribbiz Mojito and Camtini with Appleton Estate Signature Blend, Campari and Wray & Nephew White Overproof Rum created the right buzz and did not disappoint in a perfect blend of flavours.

0.5oz lime juice

0.5oz simple syrup

Finished with Myers's Dark Rum, garnished with cherry and lime.

1oz Campari

0.5 oz Wray and Nephew White Overproof Rum

1 oz simple syrup

0.5 oz triple sec

0.5 oz lime juice

Shake and serve in a martini glass, garnished with cherry and lime.
