They might be hospitalised but the sight of Shaggy walking through the wards bearing gifts brought smiles to the faces of these children.

International dancehall star Shaggy and his friends staged their annual Christmas treat at the Bustamante Hospital for Children last Thursday, and the smiles they brought to the faces of those hospitalised children forced us to bring you even more of the images captured by photographer Gladstone Taylor.
