Hanover man allegedly behind beheadings fatally shot by the police
The police in Hanover this morning fatally shot a man who had been on the run after allegedly beheading two persons.
The incident happened in the community of Cascade.
Details of the circumstances surrounding the fatal shooting have been revealed.
The police had been searching for 30-year-old Keron ‘Timber’ Watson since Saturday after he allegedly beheaded his friend 22-year-old Keniel Hall.
Watson reportedly cut out his tongue, removed his eyes and severed his head before escaping into bushes in the community.
Since then he had been on the run, eluding searches mounted by residents as well as the police.
Another man was found beheaded in the community this morning and it is believed that Watson may be behind the attack.
Residents say Watson recently began acting in a stranger manner after his girlfriend ended their relationship.
“Him just gone crazy because of him problems,” a resident told the Western Star yesterday.
“We have to find him because we nuh want him kill nobody else” the resident added.
