THE EDITOR, Sir:

Thanks to the Jamaica Public Service for the long-awaited lights on the Washington Boulevard.

It is not 100 per cent, but it is certainly better than nothing.

The only other thing I would ask is that someone from the company have a look at night and see if any improvement can be done.
