Being a mobile entity has taught BIZcare Consultation & Accounting Firm numerous lessons over the years. One of these is that it is highly important to have a stable establishment that customers can visit and from which they can acquire much-needed information, especially within the highly anticipated and busy tax season during which customers, both early and late, would call endlessly for assistance.

As such, Chief Executive Officer Kmar Henry discovered that he could not effectively satisfy customers’ periodical visits while operating from his home. As a result, the need to find a suitable office space was a top priority after the end of the 2019 tax season, he said, a matter that he then ensured and thus opened the first branch of the accounting and consultation firm called BIZcare.

Designed around trust, honesty, and tranquillity, customers’ accounting and consultation needs are dealt with as top priority by the entity via customer service that’s warm, welcoming, and professional.

But why and when did this young man decide to venture into this area of business instead of one those business fields considered to be more ‘sexy’?

Henry responded: “It was an idea that I formulated within my time at the tax office working in the tax accounting department. I always had a strong desire for accounting as my dad was an accountant. So it is in my genes, and also because I always wanted to start a business of my own, I was just willing to try. Since then, I have fallen in love with every bit of it,” he said.

The services offered are centred on meeting the needs of all customers in the self-employed and small business category. The entity works closely with customers of the aforementioned to edify them on the importance of recording and implementing proper systems to maintain and organise their core business functions. BIZcare is cognisant that once its clientele expands, the reciprocal effect of the entity growing also will be eventually garnered. As such, our customers are always placed as first priority.
