Timeline in church killing saga

• October 12: Kevin O. Smith said that the persons in the church who took the vaccine would be singled out and put out.

• October 15: A post was made on the church’s Facebook page informing persons to attend to update their membership. Smith also informed the congregants to attend the church on October 16 so that he could speak with them.

• October 16: Members gathered at the church, dressed in white, as they had been ordered to do by Smith.

• October 17: Three people died inside the church.

• October 18: The accused, Andre Ruddock, gave a caution statement in the presence of two justices of the peace for the parish of St James.

• October 25: Ruddock was charged with murder.

• October 27: Ruddock was placed before the Home Circuit Court and an order was made for legal aid to be settled for the next hearing.

• November 3: The accused was placed before the Home Circuit Court. Counsel Anthony Williams and Venice Brown appeared for him.

• December 7: Ruddock is to return to court with evaluation report.
