PHOTO FLASHBACK: British Prime Minister Harold Macmillan's visit to Jamaica, March 31 – April 4, 1961

After being introduced to the premier of Jamaica, Mr Macmillan went on to inspect a guard of honour mounted by the Royal Hampshires.

Mr Macmillan was impressed with Jamaica's development. His trip to Jamaica was packed with engagements. He made a commitment to continue the mutually beneficial relationship shared by both countries.
