Fraser-Pryce tastes victory in Switzerland

Five-time 100m world champion Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce opened her 100m slate for 2023 on a victorious note at the Spitzen Leichtathletik Meet in Luzern Switzerland today.

Fraser-Pryce stormed to victory in a meet record performance of 10.82 in her first 100m race since the 2022 Diamond League Final in Zurich, Switzerland.

Zoe Hobbs of New Zealand was second in 11.08 and Kennedy Blackmon was third in 11.11.

Jamaican Briana Williams was eighth in 11.35.

Fraser-Pryce opened her season in the 200m at the National Championships two weeks ago.
