CISOCA seeking woman seen in video kicking a girl multiple times

Investigators from the Centre for Investigation of Sexual Offences and Child Abuse (CISOCA) are seeking to identify the woman in a video being circulated on social media, in which she is seen physically abusing a girl.
In the 14 seconds long video, the girl is seen on the floor of a house and the woman is seen kicking her in the head and upper body many times.
The police are making an urgent appeal for the woman to turn herself in immediately.
Meanwhile, anyone with information that can assist the police with their investigation is being asked to contact CISOCA at 876-926-4079, Crime Stop at 311, the 119 Police Emergency number or the nearest police station.
