Linstead Outstation of St Catherine Parish Court to be temporarily relocated

The Court Administration Division is advising that hearings at the Linstead Outstation of the St Catherine Parish Court will be temporarily relocated come Monday.
It says the outstation has been rendered inaccessible following extensive damage caused by the passage of Hurricane Beryl on July 3.
Commencing on Monday, October 14, court proceedings will be held at the Holy Trinity Anglican Church from Mondays to Thursdays, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The relocation is planned for an initial three months.
The Court Administration Division says the temporary relocation is essential to ensure that justice services continue to be accessible to residents while repairs are being made to the Linstead Outstation.
