One dead, three injured in three-vehicle St Mary crash

The St Mary police are investigating a three-vehicle crash that claimed the life of a man along the Tower Isle main road early Monday morning.

The incident occurred at approximately 12:05 a.m. and involved a white 2012 Toyota Corolla Axio, driven by the deceased, a white King Long motor truck, and a white Toyota Mark X.

Three other individuals were injured in the collision: a 28-year-old passenger in the Toyota Axio, the driver of the Toyota Mark X, and a 53-year-old passenger in the motor truck.

The identity of the deceased is being withheld as family members have not yet been notified.

“While we investigate the circumstances surrounding the collision, the public is urged to exercise caution on the roadways and remain vigilant to prevent further loss of life,” stated Anthony Wallace, head of the St Mary Police Division.

"Our thoughts are with the family and loved ones of the deceased, and we wish the injured individuals a speedy recovery," he added.
