Three shot in Thompson Pen, Spanish Town

Three people were shot in Thompson Pen, Spanish Town, St Catherine last night.
They were taken to the nearby Spanish Town Hospital, where they are currently receiving treatment.
No motive has yet been established for the gun attack.
Reports are that around 10:30 p.m. on Saturday, the three victims—including two women who operate businesses in the area—were standing along a roadway when they were ambushed by assailants who opened fire, hitting them.
The attackers then fled the scene.
The shooting is being investigated by the Spanish Town Criminal Investigation Branch.
