Global Markets, the newspaper of the International Monetary Fund (IMF)-World Bank annual meeting, has named Bank of Jamaica Governor Brian Wynter as Central Bank Governor of the Year for the Caribbean. Wynter is seen here with Ruth Beddows, a director of Global Markets, who presented the award to him at a function on October 8, during this year’s annual meetings. The awards ceremony was held at the Willard InterContinental Hotel in Washington, DC.
