The Jamaica Stock Exchange (JSE) Combined Index halted its continued downward trend on Thursday.
The slow trading session ended with an advance/decline ratio of 41/37.
The JSE Combined Index advanced by 527.37 points or 0.13 per cent to close at 407,848.50
The JSE Main Market Index was up 571.83 points or 0.14 per cent to close at 404,706.51 while the Junior Market Index declined 0.29 points or 0.01 per cent to close at 3,305.34.
The JSE USD Equities Index advanced 1.20 points or 0.64 per cent, closing at 188.05.

Some 10.7 million units valued at over $57.5 million were traded today.
Volume leaders were Wigton followed by Lumber Depot and then Pulse.
