The Jamaica Stock Exchange (JSE) Combined Index closed Thursday reversing Wednesday's losses.
The moderate trading session ended with an advance/decline ratio of 41/47.
The JSE Combined Index advanced by 6,472.00 points or 1.60 per cent to close at 409,726.67.
The JSE Main Market Index advanced by 6,575.09 points or 1.69 per cent to close at 396,617.25, while the Junior Market Index advanced by 35.62 points or 0.83 per cent to close at 4,325.15.
The JSE USD Equities Index declined by 3.97 points or 1.76 per cent to close at 221.00.

Market volume
Some 22.11 million units valued at over $110.697 million were traded today.
Volume leaders were Wigton, followed by JMMB Group 7.50% and then Transjamaican.
