Digicel Unplugged features star-studded gospel line-up for Good Friday concert

With Jamaicans under lockdown this Easter weekend, Digicel will be bringing friends and families closer with an inspirational Good Friday edition of the Digicel Unplugged virtual concert.
The praise-filled online event boasts a stirring line-up of gospel artistes, including Jermaine Edwards, Rondell Positive, Rhoda Isabella, and Sherlon Russell, and promises to be an immersive experience bound to inspire renewal and reflection.
"As the holiest season on the national calendar, Easter is the perfect time for us to come together in virtual praise and worship, even during lockdown," said Nasha-Monique Douglas, chief marketing officer for Digicel Jamaica.
Gospel enthusiasts will be in for a soul-stirring treat when heavy-hitter, Jermaine Edwards, graces the Unplugged stage with his catalogue of beloved classics. Popular gospel artistes Rondell Positive and Rhoda Isabelle are also expected to raise the praise even higher with their string of inspirational hits. While upcoming artiste and 2019 Digicel Rising Stars winner, Sherlon Russell, is sure to uplift the audience with the powerful voice that landed him the competition's top spot.
The concert will be aired live tonight on the D'Music app from 6-8 p.m. and on Digicel's @digiceljamaica Facebook and Instagram pages.
