‘Twas an all-white farewell at Jam West Beach in Negril
The second annual Throp-X Jamaica Investment Conference concluded with a lavish farewell at Jam West Beach in Negril last week Friday evening.
Although affected by rain, Dr Carey Wallace, executive director of the Tourism Enhancement Fund, hosted the enchanting ‘All White’ soirée on the deck with a spread of delightful Jamaican cuisine.
The moon reflecting on the beach behind was the perfect backdrop for discussions centred on bolstering Jamaica’s tourism sector and fostering real estate opportunities to attract international investors. As the sun set against the breathtaking Caribbean panorama, DJ 5 played music that kept everyone dancing well into the magical hours of the night.
The highlight of the evening, however, was the in-depth conversations regarding the future of tourism in Jamaica, capturing the interest of those keen on investing in properties around Negril.
To conclude, the conceptualiser of the Throp-X Jamaica Investment Conference, Winthrope ‘Throp’ Wellington expressed gratitude to the sponsors who supported the event, acknowledging the contributions of partners such as Travellers Beach Resort, National Commercial Bank, Sun Coast Beach Club, Charela Inn, Skylark Negril, Coca La Palm, Remax Jamaica, Dennis Shipping, Jam West Beach, Negril Tree House and Rayon Hotel.
