ST. DOROTHY’S CHURCH in Old Harbour is a reminder of the days when St. Dorothy’s was one of four bands now amalgamated in the area known as St. Catherine.
TOM CRINGLE COTTON TREE was famous for men in the book, Tom Cringle Log, which was written in the 1800s by Michael Scott. It was undoubtedly one of the most photographed trees in Jamaica, inviting photographic attention by its majestic structure. The cotton tree of the ceiba variety grew along the road to Spanish Town from Kingston.
