UBT&R is ready for the races
As the world anticipates Usain Bolt’s remake of history in Beijing, China, on Sunday, August 23, Usain Bolt’s Tracks and Records (UBT&R) has extended its Yaad Style lunch menu and opening hours to facilitate hungry track fans everywhere.
The doors will open at 6 a.m. on Sunday with a full breakfast menu and complimentary coffee.
Yes, you read right! UBT&R will be accepting track fans as early as 6 a.m. The breakfast menu will be followed by an extension of the lunch menu to create a one-of-a-kind savoury and sweet brunch experience.
The current menu starts with appetising codfish fritters and the famous jerked chicken spring rolls, accompanied by any or all of the delectable, sizzling steamed fish (fillet), tender juicy to the bone oxtail and beans, traditional Sunday staple rice and peas, coupled with succulent stew chicken and a side of steamed vegetables. The best of both worlds with Jamaica's national dish ackee and salt fish with tasty corned pork to give you a toe-curling, and a complimentary refreshing glass of Red Stripe is to cool things down. Topped with a divine orgasmic heavenly bread pudding surprise worth the wait.
UBT&R has perfected the menu that was started August 7 and will run for six weeks, ending September 18 between the hours of 11:30 a.m. and 3 p.m.
Not able to make the early 6 a.m. opening? No problem. The races will be looped all day and patrons can get in on the action while dining.
