CORRECTION: Six per cent increase in tax revenue

In the Page A1 story published yesterday, 'Revenue jump: Gov't eyes increase in tax haul', $261.2 billion was incorrectly reflected as the tax revenue estimate for the 2014-2015 fiscal year. The amount, however, reflects collections to the end of December 2014. The tax revenue projection for the fiscal year is $377.8 billion, and thus the $402 billion in taxation next year represents a six per cent increase.
