Unruly behaviour, fare increase are different matters

THE EDITOR, Madam:

Over the years, I have read many comments, which are mostly negative, towards public passenger vehicle getting a fare increase.

The negative comments are mainly about the lawbreaking and general indiscipline on the road by the taxi drivers.

While I agree to some extent, I fail to see what that has to do with a fare increase.
