We pause in joyful celebration and deep gratitude as we honour a remarkable woman, Ms Salome Crawford, affectionately known to many as Aunt Sal, Grandma, and Aunty, on the occasion of her 100th birthday.
Born on August 4, 1925 in the serene district of Knockpatrick in Manchester, Jamaica, Her journey from the cool hills of Manchester to her current home in Florida, USA is a testament to a life lived with grace, resilience, and enduring love.
Aunt Sal has touched lives with quiet strength, unwavering faith, and boundless kindness. Whether in her roles as sister, cousin, friend, neighbour, or matriarch, she has exemplified the values of dignity, generosity, and wisdom, nurturing all who came into her orbit with warmth and compassion.
A century of life is not just a milestone of age, but a celebration of purpose fulfilled and memories made.
