'Judge' charged for Canadian teen's murder

The Hunts Bay Police say they have charged Omar James, otherwise called ‘Judge’, with the murder of a 14-year-old Canadian resident.
James turned himself in to the Police yesterday morning after he was listed as a Person of Interest in connection with the murder.
The police say he was questioned in the presence of his attorney and was subsequently arrested and charged.
Fourteen-year-old Ricardo Williams of Scarborough, Ontario in Canada was shot dead at a wake on White Lane in Olympic Gardens, Kingston, on Sunday.
The high school student was in Jamaica for the summer holidays and was expected to return home this week.
