Woman suffers broken leg, man left unconscious in stampede after gunfire at PNP meeting

Prime Minister Portia Simpson Miller on Tuesday evening travelled to the Kingston Public Hospital to visit her supporters who were injured in a stampede following gunfire at a People's National Party (PNP) meeting at Three Miles.
Several people were injured in the chaos.
Among them was a woman who suffered a broken leg.
A man was also rendered unconscious.
"The People's National Party stands ready to assist in anyway possible," Phillip Paulwell, the PNP chairman for its corporate area seats said of the persons hurt.
Simpson Miller also wished the best for the injured.
