Justice Minister Delroy Chuck is supporting calls for the banning of people from receiving firearm licences once they refuse to submit their weapons for examination in relation to a criminal case.
Speaking on Nationwide Radio, Chuck said common sense would dictate that in such cases, the firearm license should be revoked and the licensee should not be able to get another one.
