Students at the Sandhust Basic School give a thumbs up after receiving food items for their school feeding programme. Behind them is Patrique Goodall, marketing officer at Hi-Lo Food Stores. The food items were collected at Hi-Lo Barbican on their behalf, as a part of Hi-Lo’s Cans for a Cause Initiative.
Patrique Goodall, marketing officer for Hi-Lo Food Stores (centre) presents the Golden Spring Primary School with vouchers and food items to kick-start the school’s breakfast programme. The occasion was a handover ceremony held at the school last week Tuesday. The food items were collected as a part of the company’s Cans for a Cause initative where customers were asked to make donations of non-perishable food items to schools’ feeding programmes.
