Stephanie Harrison (right), digital marketing manager, Mayberry Investments Ltd, hands over a sponsorship cheque for $250,000 to Douglas Orane, co-patron, and Elizabeth Buchanan Hind, executive director, institutional Advancement Division of The University of the West Indies, in support of the seventh annual staging of the CB Group UWI 5K and Smart Eggs Kids K. The 5k is the university’s largest fundraiser for scholarships that are awarded to student-athletes and academic achievers. This year’s event will be held on November 11.
