Unidentified man killed by police in Catherine Hall, St James

The Inspectorate of Constabulary (IOC) and the Independent Commission of Investigations (INDECOM) are investigating the fatal shooting by the police of a man whose identity is unknown.
The unidentified man was reportedly shot and killed during a confrontation with the police in Catherine Hall, St James about 2:35 p.m. yesterday.
A Browning single action 9mm pistol loaded with a magazine containing two rounds of ammunition was reportedly taken from the alleged gunman.
The body of the unknown man is of brown complexion, slim build, about 6 feet 3 inches long, with a plaited hair style.
It was clad in a grey T-shirt, grey merino, blue jeans and brown belt.
