Sections of Green Island under curfew

During the hours of the curfew, all persons within its boundaries are required to remain within their premises unless otherwise authorised by the ground commander.

A 48-hour curfew has been imposed in sections of Green Island, Hanover.

The curfew began at 6 p.m. on Tuesday and will remain in effect until 6 p.m. on Thursday.

The boundaries of the curfew are as follows:

North: Starting from the Logwood square, continue along the River Head Road to the back of River Head Road, where an intersection with the Campbleton Road is located.

East: From the back of River Head Road along a dirt track leading onto the back of Dam Road.

South: From the back of Dam Road continue along Dam Road Lane, then continue on a dirt track at the back of the Orange Bay Road to a footpath onto the Orange Bay Road.

West: Along a footpath onto the Orange Bay Road along a dirt track that leads to the Logwood square.
