Otis Florence invades Jamaica

It was a whirlwind of activities when SKYY Vodka's International mixologist Otis Florence landed in Jamaica last weekend.

Invited to the island by J. Wray & Nephew Limited in an effort to enhance and elevate the bartending experience across the island, part of his trip was conducting several sessions in Kingston and Montego Bay, with a particular focus on 'craft bartending'.

Florence also created several new and simple cocktails, including the 'Dominica Drive' and 'Button Down', incorporating SKYY Vodka's Infusion Flavours, which include the new SKYY Moscato Grape, SKYY Raspberry and SKYY Passion Fruit.

Jamaican nightlife

He also had a chance to experience the Jamaican nightlife at Pier One, Fiction Fantasy and Ultra's third anniversary, where patrons enjoyed complimentary SKYY Infusion cocktails mixed to perfection.

For the last hooray to end his trip, Florence hosted a Bartender Lyme at Usain Bolt's Tracks & Records in the Market Place on Constant Spring Road, where bartenders and bar managers had an opportunity to mix and mingle and exchange cocktail recipes with him.
