Penn Relays 2018 | Hydel rule again in 4x400m

PHILADELPHIA, Pennsylvania:
After seeing Holmwood Technical and Edwin Allen retaining their titles earlier in the day, defending champions and record holders in the Girls 4x400 metre relays Hydel, made it back-to-back wins, after capturing the Championship of America title in the event at the Penn Relays. 

With top athlete Shiann Salmon on anchor, the Hydel girls won in 3:36.38, the sixth fastest time in history at the meet.

Holmwood Technical had another second place finish, following the 4x100m in 3:38.14 with St Elizabeth Technical finishing fifth in 3:44.11. Edwin Allen with Kevona Davis on the third leg, was seventh in 3:48.38, with Petersfield coming in eight in 3:52.12.
