Jamaica finished the 2022 Carfita Games well ahead of Caribbean rivals on the medal standings, accounting for 92 of the keepsakes at the end of Monday's final day inside the National Stadium

The hosts, who came to the rescue of the competition late on, earned 45 gold, 29 silver and 18 bronze medals over the course of the competition's three days.

The name Adeajah Hodge of the British Virgin Islands was revealed to the world over the last three days, the under-17 star in the making capturing the Austin Sealy award for top performer of the championships.

Hodge received the award for her three gold medals, opening the procession of victores with the Under-17 100-metre (11.29), the long jump (6.20 metres), and finally the 200-metre (23.42) titles.
